Active ingredient

Permethrin (Pyrethroid): 2.5g/L

Permethrin is a pyrethroid insecticide used to control susceptible external parasites and insects. The ready-to-use formulation means the product can be applied directly according to the label directions without first preparing a diluted mixture.

Directions for use on horses

Shake the container well before application.

Apply the ready-to-use spray to the horse’s body using a spray bottle or sponge. Ensure suitable coverage while avoiding direct application to sensitive areas.

Use 25ml to 75ml per horse per application, depending on the size of the horse.

Apply twice daily when required according to the registered directions.

Avoid spraying directly into or onto the horse’s:

• Eyes
• Ears
• Genitals
• Anus

For areas around the head, using a sponge or cloth can provide greater control than spraying directly towards the face.
